What Does This Mean?
A TikTok catchphrase joking that being a little delusional is the solution, meaning that unrealistic optimism and self-belief can help. "Solulu" is a playful rhyme on "solution", modelled on "delulu" (short for delusional). It is debated: some users praise it as confidence, others warn against a toxic kind of delusion.

LORE & ORIGIN
Wikipedia traces "delulu" to K-pop fan communities around 2013 to 2014, spreading to TikTok and Instagram from late 2022, and says TikTok influencers coined the catchphrase. In March 2025 Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese used the variant "delulu with no solulu" in Parliament.
