What Is @here?
3.0BRAINROT SCORE@here A Discord mention that notifies only the members of a channel who are currently online, as opposed to @everyone which reaches everybody. It is used for time-sensitive messages such as "we start now", and like @everyone it is often limited to moderators.
Origin:Discord's help pages could not be opened, and the Wikipedia Discord article does not cover mentions. A third-party guide seen only in search results describes @here as notifying channel members who are currently online, and a Discord support-forum post notes that in the API @here and @everyone share one mention flag. No dated first use is documented in the pages consulted, so the behaviour described is general platform knowledge rather than something documented by a page opened for this entry. This is a weak entry.
First Seen:Unknown (no dated first use is documented)
Peak Era:2016-2020s (Discord servers)
Aura Impact:+2 Aura (Using It Correctly In Context)
EXAMPLE USAGE
""@here the raid starts in ten minutes, get in voice.""
