What Does This Mean?
A meme format consisting of absurd, hyperbolic 'facts' about actor and martial artist Chuck Norris, presented as literally true while exaggerating his toughness and abilities to comedic, physically impossible extremes (e.g. 'Chuck Norris doesn't do push-ups, he pushes the Earth down').

REAL-WORLD EXAMPLE
"Chuck Norris doesn't call the wrong number, you answer the wrong phone — classic Chuck Norris fact."
LORE & ORIGIN
Grew directly out of an earlier 'Vin Diesel Fact Generator' format on the site 4Q.cc, before being adapted to Chuck Norris and substantially popularized and compiled starting around April 2005 by Ian Spector, then a high-school/college student, via Something Awful forums and his own Chuck Norris fact-generator website.
