What Does This Mean?
A viral audio and video meme built on a short exchange in which one speaker mispronounces "quinoa" while asking a friend if she likes it, and the friend thinks she means "cream of wheat". It is used for lip-dubs, character edits and distorted remixes.
REAL-WORLD EXAMPLE
""The group chat kept sending the quinoa, cream of wheat audio every time someone mixed up two similar words.""
LORE & ORIGIN
Know Your Meme traces the clip to a seafood mukbang video that the YouTuber Bloveslife posted with her friend Neffeteria on March 13, 2020, with the exchange about 5:37 in. The clip began appearing in memes in 2024, and in July 2026 TikTok posts of it passed 2 million views. From September to October 2026 the audio spread as a brainrot-style sound, with edits pairing it with Doris from the children's series Timothy Goes to School and with lip-dubs.
