[ GAMBLING STREAM CULTURE ][ DEGEN ECONOMY ]

FORCE: Degen EconomyUNIVERSE: Twitch CultureCLUSTER: Gambling Stream Culture

A viewer whose overall spending on a streamer — subscriptions, Bits, donations, gifted subs combined — makes them a disproportionately significant part of that channel's income, borrowing gaming's 'whale' spending terminology.

REAL-WORLD EXAMPLE

"That one whale viewer alone covers a noticeable chunk of the monthly income."

LORE & ORIGIN

Adapted from gaming's 'whale' spender terminology into livestream culture, describing a viewer's total spending relationship with a channel rather than any single large transaction.
