What Does This Mean?
Korean gaming slang, short for 신의 컨트롤 ("godlike control"), for a player's extremely precise and skilful input and execution, such as flawless aiming, micro-management or dodging. It is a compliment, and its opposite is 발컨 ("foot control", poor control).
REAL-WORLD EXAMPLE
"He dodged every attack in the boss fight, and chat spammed "신컨"."
LORE & ORIGIN
신컨 combines 신 (神, "god") and 컨, a clipping of 컨트롤 ("control"). A Korean wiki defines it as control skilled enough to be called godlike and names 발컨 as the opposite. That page gives no date or place of first use, and no dated first use was found elsewhere, so the entry is conservative.
