FORCE: Machine CultureUNIVERSE: AI CompanionshipCLUSTER: AI Companion Culture

A hidden instruction injected into the conversation at a fixed position to steer an AI character's behavior mid-scene, without appearing as visible dialogue to either party.

REAL-WORLD EXAMPLE

"Dropped an author's note to nudge the pacing, worked without breaking the scene at all."

LORE & ORIGIN

Term borrowed from fiction-writing vocabulary and adapted into companion-platform tooling for a mechanism that functions like a stage direction the model reads but the scene never shows.
