What Does This Mean?
すこすこのすこ (sukosuko no suko) is an intensified form of the net slang すこ ("like", from 好き). Repeating すこ and adding のすこ in a rhythmic pattern means "like it very much" or "adore", with a playful, flat, silly sound.
REAL-WORLD EXAMPLE
""この曲のサビ、すこすこのすこ。" (The chorus of this song is a total favorite.)"
LORE & ORIGIN
Oggi (21 March 2024) explains that すこ dates to around 2012 on Niconico live broadcasts, when a viewer who meant to type ここすき typed ここすこ by mistake and the typo was then copied on purpose. The same article describes すこすこのすこ as an intensified variant meaning とても好き or 大好き. No dated first use of the full phrase was found.
