What Does This Mean?
Strong Chilean Spanish expletive, a contraction of "concha de tu madre". It is vulgar: Chileans use it as an exclamation when something bad, painful or shocking happens, and as an insult aimed at the person addressed. Variants include "conchetumadre", "conchesumadre" and the chat abbreviation "ctm".

LORE & ORIGIN
El Dínamo (19 Nov 2014) interviews Tito Matamala, author of the book Chile Garabato, who calls "conchetumadre" a very Chilean curse with variants such as "conchesumadre" and "CTM", says its origin is lost in time, and argues it is aimed at the person addressed rather than at their mother. Sources found do not give a dated first use.
