スパチャ読み

スパチャ読み (supacha yomi) is the Japanese streaming practice of reading out the names and messages of viewers who sent Super Chats, YouTube's paid comments, to thank them. It usually happens at the end of a stream and can run longer than the main content. Some streamers read every Super Chat, some only larger ones, and some do not read them at all, since YouTube does not require it.

LORE & ORIGIN

Harada Eigo's slang dictionary says YouTube Super Chat began in 2017, that a custom of reading each one carefully grew up among VTubers, and that the term spread from around 2018. The VTuber wiki on Scrapbox adds that the term existed before the VTuber scene and that readings often come after the main broadcast.
